University of New Hampshire H.T. Continues to Utilize ShowConnect in 2022
The United States Eventing Association (USEA) is pleased to announce that the University of New Hampshire H.T. will continue to use ShowConnect at their upcoming spring event. The University of New Hampshire (UNH) Spring H.T. will take place from April 30 to May 1 in Durham, New Hampshire.
The UNH Spring H.T. offers Beginner Novice through Modified level and is a popular event in Area I. This will be the second time UNH H.T. utilizes ShowConnect as their only event software. They were the first official event to run ShowConnect last year at the UNH Fall H.T. on September 25 - 26, 2021.
ShowConnect is a community-based equestrian event management system that serves as a hub for all professionals involved in running equestrian-related shows and events. For more information on ShowConnect, please visit www.showconnect.org.
“We are excited to pioneer this new product and collaborating with the USEA and Jockey Club to develop this tool has been a great experience. Showcasing new tools and efficient technology is a way for us to align with the University's land-grant mission statement while helping to serve the greater eventing community. The UNH H.T. was founded in the early 1970s by students in the Animal Science degree program and UNH Horseman’s Club under the direction of Janet Briggs, a faculty member who was with the program for over 50 years. The UNH H.T. is now run by the Equine Studies program, more specifically, by students enrolled in ANSC 665 - Principles of Horse Trials Management.
