Introducing Our New Support Number

We’re making a few updates to how you can reach the ShowConnect support team — updates we hope will make it easier and faster for you to get the help you need.

You can now reach us by calling or texting this new number anytime. It replaces any previous ShowConnect phone numbers you may have used.

This number is supported by an automated system available 24/7. It can help with common questions, take messages, and make sure urgent issues are routed to the right person on our team.

Why We’re Making This Change

As our support team grows, we want to make sure that your messages — whether they come in during show week or months before — get to the right person quickly and efficiently. This system allows us to:

  • Route messages and calls more intelligently

  • Escalate urgent issues (like live event concerns) immediately

  • Handle busy times more smoothly, especially when we’re supporting multiple events at once

Over the next few months, we’ll be expanding the system’s knowledge base so it can handle more questions on its own — but rest assured, you’ll still be able to reach a real person when needed. If you call or text with something urgent, just let the system know — and we’ll take it from there.

Support Overview

  • Call or Text Anytime — Use +1 (571) 601-1620 for general questions, live event support, or account help.

  • Email Still Available — You can continue to email us at support@showconnect.org for general or non-urgent issues.

  • Event Coverage — In the days leading up to and during your event, our team is on call and reachable through the same number. If it’s urgent, just let the system know and we’ll escalate it right away.

  • Regular Support Hours — For non–live event matters, our team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. This allows us to review the issue as a team and find the best, least disruptive resolution.

  • Knowledgebase — We’ve just launched our new help site at support.showconnect.org. There are only a few articles right now, but we’ll be adding more documentation and answers to common questions in the coming months.

What’s Next

This new support setup is part of a trial we’re running over the next few months, and we’d love your feedback as we refine it. The goal is simple: respond faster and make it easier for you to reach the right person, at the right time, in the least disruptive way possible.
